Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer a refund or exchange of product due to change of mind. If the product is received faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you.
You must notify Luks Emporium by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault and also proof of purchase.
- Luks Emporium will respond within three business days with a Return ID number and confirmation of the address to post your item.
- Items must be sent using a trackable method.
- Luks Emporium cannot be held responsible fore goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned must be securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
- For International returns you must mark on the postal company's consignment 'Returned Goods' to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes once again.
- The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced, refunded or repaired. The item must be also be returned in original condition with swing tags, packaging and also unworn.
- The item will be assessed upon return for fault.
- Once your return has been received, your refund, exchange or repair will occur. wear and tear over time is normal and is not considered a fault.
- It an exchange is offered and the price of the item differs from the original amount then Luks Emporium will refund the difference or request payment prior to sending the new item.
- Refunds will be made through PayPal or Stripe. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Luks Emporium however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
- Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made by a Luks Emporium stockist. Please visit the stockist the item was purchased from and follow their Returns Policy.
